By creating an account or using Kova, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Kova.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your country, if higher) to create an account. By signing in, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• You sign in via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Discord account.
• Your username must not impersonate another person or brand, and must comply with our username rules (2–32 characters, lowercase alphanumeric with hyphens or underscores).
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Kova to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing.
• Impersonate any person, aimgroup, or organisation.
• Upload images you do not own or have the right to use (e.g. copyrighted material, other people’s photos without consent).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest data from the platform without permission.
• Use the platform for spam, advertising, or commercial promotion.

You retain ownership of content you upload to Kova (profile text, images, links). By posting it, you grant Kova a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and serve that content as part of providing the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we determine, at our discretion, to be harmful to the platform or its users.

Aimgroup owners and managers are responsible for their aimgroup’s content and roster. Inviting a user to a aimgroup requires their acceptance. Kova is not responsible for disputes between aimgroup members.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Kova is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or shut down the platform at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or data loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kova and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

We may update these terms as the platform grows. We will announce material changes via our Discord or on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
